This group called the Ka-burgz led by Charina Semillano went outside the room because they want to know if there's a Filipino exam then, they went to the Filipino Dept. office at the SPA compound and didn't found ma'am Sayman. So they went to the main entrance to wait for the gatekeeper to open. But they waited for minutes...and didn't successfully went outside. So they decided to go to ma'am Oani to get a note for exit but they didn't got that note. So they went back to the room unexpectedly the General of the Army™ Winston, said that they could not get the +5 grade because of that incident. And that was the time they got angry to Winston.
